No. We make every effort to ensure the products we offer are in stock at all times, but we occasionally run out of items due to unforeseen demands. Please contact our store for more update information regarding the item.
No, there is no minimum order value although the more you order the more it will save you on postage. Our postage charges are based on the highest delivery fee for all purchase items.
Example:
If you order 10 rods and 1 reel, where the delivery fee for the rods are NZ$20 and the reel is NZ$25, we will only charge NZ$25 as the cost for whole delivery.
All national orders are shipped via the FastWay Couriers. The freight will depend on the area and the size of the package.
This does depend on your location and the items which you have ordered, please refer to FastWay Couriers. (Remark: FastWay Couriers not operate on Sat, Sun and public holiday). Generally item will despatched within 3 working days of your order being received (with payment clear). If in the unlikely event there are any problems fulfilling you order, we will of course contact you by email or phone to inform you of the situation.
Note: If your payment is cleared on Thu or Fri, we cannot promise your item be received on same week.

All fishing rods have 3 years blank guarantee (unconditionally guarantees the blank used in this rod against breakage while fishing) and all fishing reels have 1 year warranty from the date of first purchase. Please keep the receipt as reference.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will either refund or replace/exchange your purchase.
Please contact us within the first 14 days of purchasing the goods if you wish to return them. Goods must be in there original unused condition with the original packaging to receive a refund. Unfortunately any products returned to us in a damaged or used condition can not be replaced or refunded.
